Codename: GAME (Games Accelerating Minority Excellence)

The Game Fanatics' non-profit arm, United We Game, and The Hive Society, Inc. are partnering up with Microsoft here in Houston. Our event is titled - Codename: GAME (Games Accelerating Minority Excellence). This will be the first of multiple events, which will be held at the Microsoft Store in the Houston Galleria on November 1st from 9am-12pm.

Both organizations will facilitate Codename: GAME sessions, hoping to encourage and inspire minority students to explore interests and ultimately careers in the technology and game development fields. Up to 100 middle school students will be invited to attend a Saturday morning session, which will include interactive presentations from gaming and technology field experts, as well as game play, demos, and giveaways.
